Marley Jerome-Featherson brings nearly four decades of expertise in social work and mental health services to Green Ridge Behavioral Health. A graduate of Howard University with a Master of Social Work (1985), Marley began her career at St. Elizabeths Hospital, where she served patients with complex psychiatric needs for 15 years.

Since 2000, she has also dedicated her skills to Fairfax County Public Schools, supporting students and families with care, guidance, and advocacy. In 2017, Marley joined Green Ridge Behavioral Health, where she continues her lifelong mission of empowering individuals to achieve emotional well-being.

Known for her compassionate and patient-centered approach, Marley provides a safe space for clients to navigate challenges, build resilience, and foster growth. Her deep experience allows her to understand the unique needs of each individual and tailor support that makes a lasting difference.
